One of the hottest items for gift giving this year is a keyboard wrist rest. With all of the wfh and gamer activity, computer users are loving the support a wrist rest provides. And now, you can make beautiful resin wrist rests (say that three times fast!!!) to your heart's content!
This mold is 3.25" x 12" and .75" deep. It is designed to slope down in the front with rounded corners. Your pieces can be as thick as the mold, or use less resin and make a thinner version to accommodate a laptop versus a traditional keyboard. A thicker rest for an external keyboard takes approx. 200ml to 250ml of resin, while a thinner one for a laptop takes 100ml to 150ml.
And like most of our products, this mold is flexible, soft and heat resistant from -40 to +446 degrees Fahrenheit, (-40 to +230 degrees Celsius).

Tips (always follow instructions for the resin you are using - these are meant as general guidelines):

Always pour your resin into the hardener (pour hardener into the mixing container first, then resin).

Stir resin with a plastic or silicone stirring stick to reduce air bubbles. Wood is not recommended as it can create air bubbles.

Let resin sit a few minutes after stirring to reduce air bubbles.

Don’t use a torch or heat gun as it could damage the molds and make it difficult to de-mould, causing them to tear - this is especially true near the edges.

Wash mold as needed in warm soapy water.
