Goldfish Bag Silicone Mold

Regular price $14.00

With this whimsical goldfish bag mold, you can recreate the joy of winning a goldfish at a carnival... with no pet clean up! Imagine how fun your creations will look on a shelf or a desk--a true conversation piece! Pair with our Exotic Fish Collection and you'll be off and running!

This mold measures 6.3" x 2.25" and is best with deep cast resin.

These molds are

  • Flexible, soft and reusable
  • Made of non-toxic silicone; BPA free
  • Heat resistant: -40 to +446 degrees Fahrenheit, (-40 to +230 degrees Celsius)
  • Non-stick for easy release

Tips (always follow instructions for the resin you are using - these are meant as general guidelines):

  • Always pour your resin into the hardener (pour hardener into the mixing container first, then resin).
  • Stir resin with a plastic or silicone stirring stick to reduce air bubbles. Wood is not recommended as it can create air bubbles.
  • Let resin sit a few minutes after stirring to reduce air bubbles.
  • Don’t use a torch or heat gun as it could damage the molds and make it difficult to de-mould, causing them to tear - this is especially true near the edges.
  • Wash mold as needed in warm soapy water.

Love this mold!

I've been having so much fun trying out different creations with this mold. It's high quality and works time and time again! I'd recommend adding the fish to a prop (such as a plant) before pouring your resin. I used UV resin to cure a fish to a plant prior to making my pour, worked like a charm!

Not impressed

This is a hard mold to use. I am not sure what or how to put the fish in the mold with the resin and not have them sink. I am not impressed with this mold at all.
