Raw-edge Silicone Molds - 2 OPTIONS

Get the beautiful effect of a raw-edge coasters and trays (geode style) without the work of laying down a bead of silicone each time and creating one-off pieces. 

We have two options: you can get a set of 4 coaster molds, each with a different size and shape, and a set of 4 coaster molds plus a tray! select your preference and get crafty!

The 4 coaster molds are sized as follows

• 121mm or 4.76" round and .37" deep
• 126mm or 4.96"  and .37" deep
• 131mm or 5.16"  and .37" deep
• 118mm or 4.65"  and .37" deep

The tray mold is sized as follows

• 268mm or 10.55" tall, 363mm or 14.29" long, and .45" deep

These molds are

• Flexible, soft and reusable
• Made of non-toxic silicone; BPA free
• Heat resistant: -40 to +446 degrees Fahrenheit, (-40 to +230 degrees Celsius)
• Non-stick for easy release

Tips (always follow instructions for the resin you are using - these are meant as general guidelines):

• Always pour your resin into the hardener (pour hardener into the mixing container first, then resin). 
  
• Stir resin with a plastic or silicone stirring stick to reduce air bubbles. Wood is not recommended as it can create air bubbles.
• Let resin sit a few minutes after stirring to reduce air bubbles.
• Don’t use a torch or heat gun as it could damage the molds and make it difficult to de-mould, causing them to tear - this is especially true near the edges.
• Wash mold as needed in warm soapy water.
